Bing makes finding a theater flick even easier with new carousel feature

Microsoft's Bing search engine has many features tucked away that you may not know about. One of them is the ability to find movies in your area with a simple search and the company has announced that they are improving upon that feature.

If you search "Movie Times" Bing will pull back a list of flicks that are showing in your area, along with what time they are playing. And now, there is a new carousel at the top of the page that allows you to quickly filter the results while displaying the cover art of the movie.

It's a simple little addition but Bing really does make it easy to find a movie to watch in your area; especially if you don't know which one you want to go see. While this feature may not be the most groundbreaking addition and there are quite a few ways to find movies locally, it very well could help find your answer without ever leaving Bing, which is likely the intent of the feature.

This feature, like many others, is currently limited to those in the US, which is another disappointment for fans of the search engine who live, well, anywhere other than the US.
