Bose sleepbuds mask distracting noises for better rest

Getting good sleep is vital to one's well being and health. Because of this, there is a wide range of products designed to improve your sleeping experience. Now, through Indiegogo, Bose is offering earphones that will mask distracting sounds while you sleep.

The sleepbuds are touted as being able to mask unwanted noise in a bedroom by replacing the noises with soothing sounds. Although Bose is a huge company that is capable of bringing these to retail without the need of a crowdfunding campaign, it chose Indiegogo as its launch platform to get them into the hands of curious folks, while simultaneously getting feedback to improve them.

Although the sleepbuds had a starting cost of $150, they also topped out at $185, which is still considerably lower than its suggested retail price of $249. With 24 days left, the campaign has been successfully funded, raising roughly $440,000 and being backed by 2882 users. If you were lucky enough to snag one, it should arrive sometime in February of 2018. If not, you'll probably have to wait a little while longer as it should eventually pop up in retail shops.
