CS 1.3 Issues / Retail Fix

If you downloaded the CS Retail 1.0.0.2 to 1.0.0.3 Upgrade patch -- you've probably run into some missing / wrong files (notably de_inferno and the de_survivor files). We'll post updated installers for those who haven't upgraded yet later this week or next. In the meantime, for those who already installed the Retail Upgrade, you can download the following 2meg fix. Extract the zip to your counter-strikecstrike folder:

For those running WinXP with an SB Live card and are suffering from distorted voice communication... try using the command "voice_dsound 1" (with no quotes). Or just add "+voice_dsound 1" to your HL command line.
