What's new in DaVinci Resolve 15.2.4:
- This update significantly improves multi-cam and general timeline playback on the Edit page.
- Mac users will also see faster H.264 and H.265 encoding, while Windows users now have support for the latest Intel OpenCL drivers on Windows.
- Project load and save performance has been improved, especially when loading a project with a large number of audio tracks and buses and handling of 5.1 and 7.1 audio for IMF clips is also improved.
- The new Sony Venice 3.0 firmware update is included in this update and DaVinci Resolve Studio customers will also get improved support for decoding some Canon XF-AVC clips.
- While there is no database change for this update, a backup of your active databases is recommended - export any current projects to .drp files and update to this release as it includes a number of general performance and stability improvements.
