Localization
In addition to English, DivX Pro 5.2 is now also available in French, German and Japanese. Select your preferred language when downloading or purchasing DivX Pro.
Adaptive Bi-directional Coding
The new 5.2 version of the DivX Pro encoder builds on this feature, selecting single and multiple consecutive bi-directionally coded frames adaptively, leading to higher compression rates and even better quality.
Bitrate Calculator
You can now calculate the bitrate you need to hit a target file size from within the encoder configuration dialogue.
