E3 2012 Giveaway: One free year of Playstation Plus

You may remember that during our E3 2012 live blog of Sony's pre-E3 2012 press conference, the company announced that everyone who attended the event would receive a code for one free year of Sony's Playstation Plus service. This is a $49.99 value and lets users get access to free games, discounts on other games and DLC content and more for the Playstation 3, the PS Vita and the PSP consoles.

Well, we can't really accept such a "gift" from Sony but we can let one of our readers benefit from our free code. Yes, we will send one of you our code for one full free year of Playstation Plus service.

There are a couple of things we need to tell you before we start the contest. One is that this code is just for residents in the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age and older. If you don't live in these countries, please don't enter the giveaway as the Playstation Plus code will not work for you.

The other thing to keep in mind is that you will still need a credit or debit card to use this code. The reason is that if you don't cancel your subscription at least one day prior to its renewal date, you will be charged for another year of Playstation Plus.

Having gotten all that out of the way, here is how you enter our latest giveaway. Please check out our official competition terms and conditions for more details.
