New update fixes widely reported level-difficulty reset bug in the PC version of the game; no plans for Xbox update announced.
Eidos has released a patch for its action sequel Thief: Deadly Shadows. The patch was created from reports of level-difficulty settings. Some players reported that game saved at the "expert" skill level would be converted to the default "normal" skill level. The bug specifically harmed the AI-controlled characters, which was present in the PC and Xbox consoles.
