FidelityFX Super Resolution support could be coming to over a dozen titles

AMD FSR various quality presets Godfall comparison

AMD finally announced FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) at Computex this year much to the delight of the AMD fans and enthusiasts who have been asking for a viable alternative to Nvidia's DLSS upscaling method for a long time. During its announcement, CVP & GM of the Radeon division, Scott Herkelman, said that FSR would be coming to more than 10 games and game engines, and if a new report from VideoCardz is to be believed, then AMD's claims about game support were indeed true.

In addition to the seven titles apparently scheduled at launch, FSR support will also reportedly be coming to another dozen titles. The biggest ones among these are the upcoming Far Cry 6, Dota 2, Resident Evil Village, and more. Check the full list below:

The report also adds that a number of game developers are also interested and are signing up for FSR. There allegedly are close to 50 studios and publishers who are planning to support the tech. The large number is hardly surprising considering that the technology will not only work on a wide range of PC hardware but will also be supported on the Xbox Series X|S.
