Activision released the first details about the upcoming Family Guy game “Back to the Multiverse” earlier today. The company say that the game will be inspired by the “Road to the Multiverse” episode from the Family Guy series and will have you playing as either Stewie of Brian throughout.
The game, as expected, has been written by various Family Guy writers and will be an expansion to the TV episode, turning the world of Family Guy into a video game.
Depending on who you pick to play, each character will have varying abilities and weapons to draw upon as you battle against famous Family Guy characters. Each level will be based on one from the “Multiverse” as you pursue Stewie’s evil twin, Bertram.
There will also be a co-op multiplayer mode and competitive multiplayer levels to play through. More news and screenshots as we get them.
