We recently reviewed Absolute Software's LoJack for mobile devices and came away pretty impressed with the functionality, especially if you have one of the phones that supports persistence, allowing the software to reinstall itself even if someone wipes it. Regardless of what solution you use, it's important to keep in mind how much personal data you have sitting on the device.
