HP webinar will discuss gaps in traditional storage solutions

HP, best known for their workstation and server hardware, also have a sizable chunk of the enterprise networking and storage realm. The company has teased some exciting new advances that are expected to be announced at HP Discover in Frankfurt, taking place December 3-7. Leading up to that announcement, HP is planning on hosting a webinar and conducting interviews with various industry experts to share their visions on the future of storage.

As such, they reached out to Neowin and have invited our readers to a presentation that will occur on November 1st at 5pm ET. The 30-minute webinar will discuss problems facing enterprise storage today and may provide hints at what the future announcement is about.  To attend, simply follow the Watchitoo link here (or in the source below). The presentation will be hosted by HP's storage blogger, Calvin Zito (@HPStorageGuy), as well as David Scott, GM of HP Storage, and Chris Evans, a storage consultant and industry blogger, and is expected to run roughly 30 minutes. If you can't make it live, a recorded archive will be made available sometime the following day.
