In order to celebrate the launch of its new handset, the Ultra U, HTC is touring the United States and offering those interested, a chance to interact with the folks at the company and the device itself.
The 'Meet U' event will happen all across the US over the next month and will make stops in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas and New York. This isn't an event just for press, and will be open to the public - all that is required is a Facebook account so you can RSVP. As mentioned on the website, HTC will be providing the drinks, snacks, and most importantly, the devices!

- 4GB RAM
- 64GB storage with microSD expansion
- 3000mAh battery
- USB Type-C port
You can now pre-order the handset directly from HTC for $749. The device will be available in March in three colors; Sapphire Blue, Brilliant Black, and Ice. HTC will also make a 'special edition' unit available with sapphire glass and 128GB of storage for close to $1000.
