Huawei introduces Power Bank with SuperCharge technology

After months of leaks and rumors, Huawei finally announced its latest handsets, the Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro. Alongside the phones, the firm also proudly introduced "the first mobile AI-specific Neural Network Processing Unit, launching a new era of intelligent smartphones."

While the two smartphones were undoubtedly the main focus of the launch event being held in Germany, there were also some interesting accessories that were unveiled as well. Although the new handsets offer quite a bit of charge with their impressive 4,000mAh battery, it doesn't hurt to have a means to charge while on the go or away from a power outlet.

That is where Huawei's Power Bank comes in, turning into the perfect companion for the newly introduced Mate series devices. The Power Bank is a portable battery pack that has a 10,000mAh battery that should be able to provide at least two full charges. There are plenty of other power banks that are available currently, but what makes Huawei's version special is that it is compatible with the firm's SuperCharge technology. That means that any of the company's compatible handsets will be able to get the fastest top up when using the Power Bank.

Currently, there isn't a price or availability info for this unit, but if you are looking for something that is a perfect companion for your Huawei smartphone, you will want to keep a look out for this when it comes to market.
