LeEco's new Android flagship said to have Snapdragon 821 and a staggering 8GB of RAM

High-end Android handsets are already available with 6GB of RAM onboard - but Chinese manufacturer LeEco looks set to top that with its next range-topper.

Photos of the new (and somewhat awkwardly named) LeEco Le2S were published by GizChina, which reports that the device will feature a whopping 8GB of RAM - twice that of many modern flagships.

The device is said to have a curved 5.5-inch display, along with 64GB of storage. It's also expected to have Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 821 processor, an updated version of the Snapdragon 820, featuring a 10% performance boost over its predecessor.

According to GSM Arena, the Le2S is likely to be unveiled next month, so while all of this remains hearsay for now, it shouldn't be too long before we find out exactly what LeEco's new device has to offer.
