LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga to launch in 2020

A number of popular franchises have received the LEGO treatment over the years, including Doctor Who, Lord of the Rings, Indiana Jones, and even Star Wars. Now, the last in that list is set to receive a new LEGO title dubbed The Skywalker Saga.

Spanning all nine films, LEGO appears to once again bring its family-friendly spin to the Star Wars universe, with things such as explosions accompanied by scattered LEGO pieces and characters while remaining faithful to the overarching storyline. Of course, it remains to be seen as to how closely it actually ends up being as there is only so much you can glean from a one minute trailer. That said, there does at least appear to be Sith representation from all three Star Wars trilogies in the clip.

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is currently slated for a release on both Xbox One and PC sometime in 2020, leaving interested fans having to wait anywhere between six and 18 months before they can get their hands on the title. Hopefully, between now and then, we may see a few more teasers pop up online.
