March Games with Gold include Metal Gear Rising, Star Wars Republic Commando, and more

Microsoft today announced what's incoming to Xbox Live Gold members as free games in March. The Games with Gold program will deliver two Xbox One and two Xbox 360 games, and as usual, the latter two games will also be available to Xbox One owners thanks to Microsoft's Backward Compatibility program.

Here are the free games for March and their unlock schedules:

Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion (Xbox One: March 1 - 31)

Ahoy! The Land of Ooo is underwater and it’s up to Finn and Jake to find out why. Join our heroes as they explore the high seas, search for hidden clues, interrogate shady suspects and fight pirates to solve the mystery and save their waterlogged world!

Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 (Xbox One: March 16 - April 15)

The battle for suburbia grows to crazy new heights in Plants vs. Zombies™ Garden Warfare 2! In this hilarious, action-packed shooter, zombie leader Dr. Zomboss has strengthened his horde and rebuilt suburbia as a zombie utopia.

Star Wars: Republic Commando (Xbox 360, Xbox One: March 1 - 15)

Chaos has erupted throughout the galaxy. As leader of an elite squad of Republic Commandos, your mission is to infiltrate, dominate, and ultimately, annihilate the enemy.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance (Xbox 360, Xbox One: March 16 - 31)

METAL GEAR RISING: REVENGEANCE takes the renowned METAL GEAR franchise into exciting new territory by focusing on delivering an all-new action experience unlike anything that has come before.

Only a couple of days remain before the February Games with Gold Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon and Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy get replaced by the aforementioned titles. However, there's plenty of time left for Super Bomberman R's promotion, which will be available to claim until March 15 for Xbox Live Gold holders.
