I just noticed that McAfee release an updates for its Virus Scan software. The changes according to McAfee are:

Instant Updater enhancements
Resolves Outlook Express inbox deletion
Control Panel applet
Fixed 'missing ecomwr.dll file'
Fixed error on shutdown issues
Other improvements
