Microsoft asks for feedback on Windows 10 icons, shows off entirely new set

Microsoft has recently opened up a survey to provide feedback about icons for Windows 10 and one user on our forum was able to complete the survey and shared the image you see at the top of the post with us.

The icons are quite a bit different than the ones that we have seen so far in Windows 10 and when we asked our internal sources if they had see these in any build, they responded that they had not. However, it is important to note that there are numerous development branches for Windows 10 and this could be from one specific team - or alternatively, this could simply be a mockup.

The survey was posted on the Feedback Lab but if you try to register and take the survey, you will be told that it is already full.

Seeing as every post we have published about icons has gone crazy with people lamenting the current set in Windows 10, let us know in the comments below if you like this look better than the current icons.

Thanks for the tip Cwayne!
