Microsoft® BizTalk® Accelerator for Financial Services 1.0 Service Release 1 (SR1) is an add-on product built with the latest version of Microsoft BizTalk Server 2002. BizTalk Accelerator for Financial Services 1.0 SR1 works in conjunction with Microsoft BizTalk Server 2002 to leverage the open standards-based tools and run-time facilities of BizTalk Server to implement support for Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) message formats. BizTalk Accelerator for Financial Services 1.0 SR1 includes all the document specifications and components that you need to rapidly develop and deploy applications for processing the full range of financial services-specific transactions.
SWIFT messaging standards (Standards Release Guide and Message Format Validation Rules) are updated on a yearly basis. MessagePack 2003 is a patch to BizTalk Accelerator for Financial Services 1.0 SR1 which updates existing message support to the latest SWIFT specification as well as providing some additional messages to extend the range of applicable financial services scenarios.
MessagePack 2003 is a Web-downloadable QFE patch to BizTalk Accelerator for Financial Services 1.0 Service Release 1. BizTalk Accelerator for Financial Services 1.0 Service Release 1 is required in order to use this MessagePack 2003 update.
