Microsoft Edge for iOS preview adds support for LastPass and 1Password

Microsoft released an update for its Edge browser on iOS today, which is available for those running the preview. The main feature is that it now includes support for the LastPass and 1Password password managers, and it's the first update since iPhone X support was added 16 days ago.

In order to use it, you'll need to be using one of these extensions on your iOS device. If you are, you'll see them as an option in the Share sheet of the app and you'll be able to use them to autofill passwords in text fields.

But that's not all, because version 41.7.0 also includes support for Force Touch, if you've got a device that supports it. By pressing hard on the app icon, you'll get shortcuts to "jump directly to new tab, inPrivate tab, voice search, or QR scanner."

If you're on the preview, the update should be available now via Apple's TestFlight app. If not, it will probably be live for the general public within a week or two.
