Microsoft is inviting Windows Insiders to join in the launch of its Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL flagships in the UK, early next month.
Insiders will be receiving emails, similar to the one shown here, inviting them to sign up "to be one of the first to experience the new Microsoft Lumia 950 and 950 XL with Windows 10 first-hand". However, be aware that "space is limited", so if you're thinking of attending, don't wait too long.
Events will be held in London - at the O2 Store on Tottenham Court Road, along with an unspecified venue in Soho - as well as in Manchester, from 6pm on December 2. And those who attend the events will be able to buy one of the new high-end Windows 10 handsets, as part of an exclusive one-night-only sales package that also includes a free Microsoft Display Dock, as well as a free one-year Office 365 Personal subscription.
The first shipments of the Lumia 950 and 950 XL will begin on December 3 for those who pre-ordered from the Microsoft Store. Carphone Warehouse is indicating a longer wait, with deliveries beginning on December 8, while Amazon will be shipping from December 12.
