For the first time in almost a month, Microsoft announced today that it's adding seven new games to Xbox One Backward Compatibility. The hiatus was planned, due to the holiday season.
Today's additions should bring the list up to a total of a whopping 316 games, with the 300 milestone being hit in early December. Here's what's new today:

Backward compatibility is a great way to get new games for your Xbox One on the cheap, but don't forget about Games with Gold, which offers four free games to Xbox Live Gold members every month.
You've only got five days left to grab Outlast (Xbox One) - which was part of last month's Games with Gold, and The Cave (Xbox 360), which is among this month's offers. You've also got until the end of the month to grab World of Van Helsing: Deathtrap.
