Multimedia Fusion has just been released!
Multimedia Fusion 2 aims to create a creative and alternative way to make your own games, applications, screensavers and games playable within browser windows with the Vitalize! plugin.
Instead of writing boring lines of code in a text editor MMF2 gives you along with a frame editor where you place your objects, an event editor where you through a straight forward point and click experience add conditions that needs to be met before it triggers your actions.
Clickteam, the creators of the award winning programs Klik & Play, The Games Factory, Click & Create and Multimedia Fusion as well as Install Creator and Patch Maker, has just released the brand new version of Multimedia Fusion after a long time under development.
It has gotten alot of new features for the entire engine including alphachannels for many of the graphical objects, unlimited layers that allows you to create easy parallax effects or to easy mange your objects.
Multimedia Fusion 2 comes in three versions: The Games Factory, Standard and Developer.
The Games Factory is aimed for hobbyists who want to make simple games and applications without spending much money on the program. Standard has most of the features and extensions and you can sell your games if you include a "fueled by fusion" logo somewhere in your game. The Developer version gives you extra professional extensions and allows you to sell your creations without mentioning Clickteam of Multimedia Fusion anywhere.
