World Wind is open-source and completely free to use. Zoom in and check out your neighborhood, find your backyard pool, the possibilities are endless.
World Wind really needs a high-speed DSL/Cable connection to download satellite imagery, and a Geforce2/Radeon 7500 and above for graphics acceleration. The initial download package is around 170MB.
