Neowin News - Anonymous posts disabled

Anonymous users are at it again, this time they got Neowin into hot water by posting illegal material on a news post that had scrolled off the main page. We really try to be open for everyone but we have now been forced to disable the anonymous post option.

Registered users generally abide by the rules but as of late it seems that anonymous users feel it is their duty to troll the news sections happily posting illegal content and other useless information.

Redmak was able to make the necessary adjustments that were required, if you are un-registered and try to comment you will get a permission denied message. The post in question has also been removed.

Thanks to all the registered users that do abide by the general rules.
