Hey! as you all know we are on a new Dedicated server all by ourselves :D but we have been seeing some serious downtimes in the last week since we moved on there including today (for the last couple of hours) Well I spoke to our host; Hosttyme and they have told me that the server we are on was customized in some way for mysql and php, they think because of the amount of traffic that we get (alot) that was causing the problem. So they have now taken off all the customizations and made it operate in the same way as the server we came from, with one difference of course, this server is dedicated. They are keeping a close eye on the setup and hope that the problem is now sorted.
So on behalf of Neowin.net and Hosttyme we want to apologize for the downtime but we hope the problem is now solved.
