Next update to the Windows Store will bring music into the fold

Earlier today we reported that Microsoft had turned on the TV and Movies section of the Windows Store, and now the company is saying that they will soon add music to the the store. This shouldn't come as a major surprise, as the company had previously announced the 'One Store' initiative.

?One Store will bring all of Microsoft's application storefronts to one app, which will be a big win for the consumer as it allows for a one-stop shop for all your digital needs. In the current Windows release, the stores are broken apart by type (app, music, video etc.), but that all goes away in Windows 10.

The change is a logical move and will be coming soon to Windows 10 insiders in an upcoming release.

But before that update arrives, Microsoft will be pushing out another update for Insiders on Friday that will give them a new version of Windows 10 for phones to play with; if you missed the announcement yesterday you can check out our post here.

Microsoft has a blog post up about the updates if you are looking for more information that you can find here.
