E.A. (Electronic Arts) announced that its latest hockey game, NHL 2002, is now shipping into stores. The game features a number of improvements on the previous games. One significant improvement is a new breakaway cam that focuses on one-on-one situations. In addition the game features improved lighting, customized celebrations, saucer passes, and better graphics.

NHL 2002 inclues 30 NHL franchises, 20 international teams, and more that 700 face-mapped models of active NHL players.
