Opera Details Plans for Initial Public Offering

Opera Software's Board of Directors yesterday decided to issue between 12.5-16.1 million new shares in relation to its announced Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE). In addition, existing shareholders have decided to sell 11,844,900 existing shares in the transaction. The indicative price range is NOK 8.00 and NOK

10 per share.

The subscription period starts today, Feb. 26 and closes Wednesday, March

10. The share offer consists of one tranche for Norwegian and international institutional investors, and one tranche for Norwegian retail investors. The first day of trading on the OSE is expected to be March 11. The Opera Software shares will be traded under the ticker symbol OPERA.
