The second half of 2017 has been quite busy this year when it comes to smartphone releases. Now, OPPO is set to announce its latest device, dubbed the F5, in a couple of weeks.
Although the details are quite scarce, the handset will come with a FHD+ display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080, and as you can see from the image, this looks quite good if you are into the near bezel-less look. The phone will also have something called “AI beauty recognition technology”. According to the company, the AI in the F5 will be able to understand age and genders, allowing it to make optimal changes or enhancements with the images that are captured.
While there isn't a price yet, the handset won't make its way to the United States but will arrive in parts of Asia like India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. As for the rest of the details, we won't have to wait long for the full reveal as OPPO is set to announce the handset on October 26.
