It retains the look of the original N64 game and the cast of characters is strangely familiar too
The first screenshots of Paper Mario 2 reveal that the game will retain both the look of its N64 predecessor and the familiar cast of characters, including Mario, Luigi, Bowser and Peach.
The action-based RPG, which was confirmed for release on Gamecube last week, remains turn-based and allows players to select commands - such as jump or making use of a hammer, for instance - from a ring that sits above your characters' heads. From the command ring, you can also select strategies.
