Msmobile has posted up a nice little preview of what's to come in Pocket PC 2003 Phone Edition. From the screenshots it seems like there is only a few changes at the moment. A new pictures application has been added and Windows Media Player 9 for Pocket PC is included. A jawbreaker game is included and the phone application is now skinable making it easier for phone companies to include their own logo on the application.
The software will be based on Windows CE 4.2, compared to Windows CE 3.0 on which current Pocket PC 2002 Phone Edition is based. The cell phones powered by the new software will emerge in the second half of this year.
