Rumor: Assassin's Creed III PC delayed to November 23

To be honest, we could have predicted something like this would have happened from Ubisoft. A new rumor has started circulating the web today that claims the PC version of Assassin's Creed 3 has been delayed to November 23; the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions are still slated for October 30th. According to a source at Eurogamer, promotional material for the game (pictured below) reveals this new date.

This, of course, wouldn't be the first time Ubisoft has delayed an Assassin's Creed game: every single game in the series has been delayed in coming to the PC, with Revelations having the shortest console-to-PC delay of just two weeks. If this rumored release date is true, it certainly could have been worse as the PC release will still make the coveted holiday release period (just).

Ubisoft has yet to confirm a PC release date or this rumor, saying "Ubisoft does not comment on rumors or speculation."
