There's some excitement surrounding Nokia's May 14th event because the company is expected to announce a new high-end Windows Phone device.The long awaited and publicly displayed Lumia 928 is expected to debut next week alongside a lower end Lumia 625 device. A rumor is suggesting that the Nokia "Catwalk" might become also public in London.
The Catwalk is a leaked device from Nokia that's an upgraded and slimmed down version of the Lumia 920. It comes with an aluminium shell and supposedly it features an improved camera module compared to the 920. WPDang, the site that started this rumor, is also claiming via unnamed sources that Catwalk will launch with GDR2, the next upgrade for Windows Phone. GDR2 is expected to bring a number of new features including "tap to wake" and support for radio in some devices.
Finally the device is supposed to be priced very competitively, cheaper than the Lumia 920 was priced at launch but WPDang also mentions that Catwalk is not Nokia's new flagship. That device will come later and it's very likely it will be the long-rumored Lumia EOS.
