Konami has today announced via its official Web site that it's working on Silent Hill 4: The Room for the PlayStation 2 and Xbox. The game will see players assuming the role of Henry Townsend, who has become trapped in his cursed apartment. By traveling through mysterious portals, players will be transported from the apartment to disturbing alternate worlds and a number of different locals, including a forest, a prison, and a hotel. Non-player characters and monsters will be doing their utmost to hinder Townsend's progress as he searches for the truth, including spirits that can attack the player through walls.
