SkinStudio is a program that makes it relatively easy to create visual styles for WindowBlinds, Windows Media Player, and a host of other programs. SkinStudio version 4 beta introduces the Universal Skin Format (USF). USF is designed to allow skin authors to import from a variety of formats into USF and export from USF to a variety of formats.

For example, a skinner or user could load up a .msstyles visual style and then convert it into USF. From USF, the user can then export to a WindowBlinds visual style or a Windows Media Player skin or something else.
