The Humble Store has kicked off a new giveaway, letting anyone grab a free copy of the puzzle game Snake Pass by Sumo Digital for the next three days. Unusually, there doesn't seem to be any special sale or promotion attached to the giveaway.
Arriving as a 3D puzzle platformer where the player takes the role of a snake named Noodle, Snake Pass tasks players with slithering around and collecting gemstones scattered around levels to open the way to more environments. Players must actually move like a snake to move about in the game, which involves wrapping around and gripping structures with the snake body to move vertically or reach further, for instance.

When the tranquillity of Haven Tor is interrupted by a mysterious interloper only the unlikeliest of heroes can save the day! Meet Noodle the Snake and his hyperactive best friend, Doodle the Hummingbird, who together must reunite the missing Keystones with the magical gates that give Haven Tor its mythical power.
The Snake Pass giveaway is happening on its Humble Store page, and arrives as a Steam key. The promotion will come to an end on June 14 at 10AM PDT. Subscribing to Humble's free newsletter is a requirement to grab a copy. Keep in mind that the store only has a limited amount of free keys, so the giveaway might end before the aforementioned date comes to pass.
