Sprint unveils new program with 30-day refund policy and up to $650 cost coverage

Sprint's LTE Advanced network reached nationwide coverage in the United States late last year, promising up to double the speed of regular LTE services. Now, the wireless carrier has announced that it is bundling its new offering with a new program meant to draw more customers.

The new program offers new and existing customers a 30-day period to try its new LTE network, with an option to receive refunds for phone costs, service charges, and other fees if they are not fully satisfied with the service. Additionally, Sprint will cover up to $650 of a customer's switching fees, plus a $250 Prepaid Mastercard for those purchasing its latest smartphone offerings.

Roger Solé, Sprint chief marketing officer, said:

"We’re putting our money where our mouth is. We’ve recently invested billions in our network and once people switch to Sprint, we’re confident they’ll love it. With our 100% Total Satisfaction Guarantee customers can test out Sprint’s service in the places they live, work and play and see the savings. If they don’t like it, we’ll refund their money. It’s that simple."

Of course, the bundle comes with an unlimited plan including a new smartphone for just $35 per month per line for five lines. The new program officially kicked off on April 5, and Sprint hasn't announced when the promotion will end.
