Steam's Halloween Sale is now live

If you've been hankering to get some spooky titles into your library, now is the time. Steam has kicked off the weekend by offering a sale from its horror genre. If games aren't what you're looking for,, Steam is also offering a sale on horror movies.

There are a little over 60 games to choose from which should be able to satisfy most looking for a scary title to add to their collection. While there aren't too many impressive discounts, there are certainly more than a few good games in the mix like Resident Evil 4, Dead Space, Limbo, and BioShock - that should be a part of everyone's collection.

If you aren't really trying to spook yourself over the weekend by playing games, perhaps take in a movie instead. That's right, the Steam Halloween Sale also offers discounts on horror movies where you can purchase old favorites like The Blair Witch Project, Ju-On (The Grudge), House of 1000 Corpses and the Saw-series.

The Steam Halloween Sale will continue for the next few days and will end on November 1 at 10 AM PDT.
