Thanks to freek for the heads up. StyleBuilder allows you to build your own Windows XP styles to use in conjunction with Style XP. Style XP converts XML-based themes made in StyleBuilder into Microsoft's format, which is natively read by Windows XP. Style Builder is subscription-based shareware and costs $19.95 USD per year.

- 1.0 is based on RC3
- Works for users that are not administrators.
- Solves (pressed) (hotchecked) state textcolors for prog menu and task band.
- Places test.msstyles in proper location.
