Microsoft's Surface line has been receiving a handful of driver and firmware updates over the past few weeks, and the Surface Pro 7 is the latest one to join the fray with its own set of updates. The device was first released last fall, and this is the fifth set of updates it has received.
This set of updates addresses a number aspects of the experience, including some improvements to power efficiency and improved compatibility with the Surface Dock 2. A few other Surface devices have received updates to work better with the Surface Dock 2 after it was initially released in May of this year. Here's the full list of updates:

As is the case with most of Microsoft's recent firmware and driver updates, these are only available for devices running the Windows 10 May 2019 Update or newer. The Surface Pro 7 was released with that version installed, so that shouldn't be a problem, though. The update is also available for eligible devices, and it doesn't appear to be a phased rollout, according to Microsoft.
If you want the updates right now, you can try to check for updates manually in Windows Update, but it should install automatically sooner or later.
