Facebook has announced an expansion of its data portability tool, now allowing users to export text posts and notes to platforms like Blogger. Photos and videos could already be exported.

With the release of the paper, Facebook hopes to invite discussion and deliberation amongst privacy experts and think tanks about the regulations governing the privacy and portability of data today.
