Microsoft has announced that OneDrive has added support for differential sync with all file types and for all customers. The feature has been requested almost six years ago, and promised last year.

According to Microsoft's OneDrive roadmap from January, OneDrive will get differential sync in the second quarter of this year, which will only sync parts of files rather than the whole thing.
