The Wolf Among Us 2 re-announced by Telltale, first game is free on Epic Store

During The Game Awards 2019 ceremony today, the newly revived Telltale Games crew dropped a surprise trailer for The Wolf Among Us 2. There isn't much to glean from the trailer, except we see that Bigsby and Snow are returning for a new adventure, and Wolf's dark side is needed this time.

Some may remember the game was already announced a couple of years ago when the original Telltale was active, being developed alongside new Batman and The Walking Dead titles. However, while the other two games saw the light of day, the studio shuttered before the new season of The Wolf Among Us finished development.

A release date for The Wolf Among Us 2 wasn't announced today, but it will be coming to PC first while a console release will arrive later. The PC version will be Epic Games Store exclusive. Speaking of the store, the original The Wolf Among Us is free to claim on it until December 19.

Meanwhile, the new Telltale is also releasing Batman Shadows Edition, as well as re-releasing Batman: The Telltale Series with some enhancements like a noir visual style, graphics enhancements, and some extra content. This is slated to land today on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch for $29.99. Those who already own the original game can add the new version's enhancements with a $4.99 DLC pack.
