Tokyo Court Asks Regulator for Intel Evidence - AMD

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. said on Friday a Tokyo court asked Japans antitrust regulator to hand over evidence on Intel Corp."s business practices in Japan, providing potential ammunition for AMDs court cases against Intel. AMD Japan in June filed two suits against Intels Japan unit, seeking $55 million in damages from the worlds largest chip maker for alleged violations of the countrys antitrust laws.
