Video game publisher Activision Inc. said Tuesday it filed a breach of contract lawsuit against Viacom Inc., alleging that the media company failed to support its Star Trek video games.
The complaint was filed Monday in California Superior Court, the company said.
Santa Monica, Calif.-based Activision said in a statement it has terminated its pact with Viacom and filed a complaint seeking to recover the damages it has suffered and will suffer from the breach.
Viacom couldn't be reached for comment.
