Viacom CEO Sumner Redstone is possibly making publisher Midway private in the near future, and is currently being advised on his options once his stake in shares goes past 80 percent. Redstone personally holds 72 percent of the company's stock, and has requested not only to reduce the company's board of directors from eleven to eight members, but also add his daughter Shari Redstone as a director.
