Vivo V19 global version debuts with dual selfie camera, Snapdragon 712 and more

Vivo launched its latest mid-range phone, the V19, in Indonesia last month. Today, the company announced the global version of the Vivo V19, which also marks its first smartphone with a dual selfie camera (via GSMArena).

Sitting on the front is a punch-hole cutout housing a 32MP main sensor and an 8MP super-wide angle shooter with a 105-degree field of view. At the back of the device lies a quad-camera setup consisting of a 48MP main snapper, 8MP ultrawide angle camera, 2MP macro shooter, and a 2MP depth sensor, all arranged in an L formation. Vivo says the front camera features Super Night Selfie for noise-less photos taken at night time or in low light condition.

The device sports a 6.44-inch Super AMOLED FullHD+ display, and it comes in Glam Black or Sleek Silver color variants. It packs a 4,500mAh battery with support for Vivo's 33W FlashCharge 2.0 technology. That means the phone can charge up from 0% to 54% in just 30 minutes.

Under the hood, the handset is powered by Qualcomm's 10nm-based Snapdragon 712 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. Its CPU clockspeed is up to 2.3GHz. For gamers, the Vivo V19 is built with optimized touch control for a more sensitive interaction as well as fast screen capture and recording, thanks to its Multi-Turbo 3.0 feature.
