Hot on the heels of v1.10, there is another updated RDN (Relic Developer Network) toolkit for Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War, the far-future 3D real-time strategy game by Relic Entertainment. This v1.11 release "updates the mod tools for compatibility with version 1.3 of the game, fixes a few issues with the 1.10 tools, and contains revised tools and a utility to assist modders in the conversion from 1.2 to 1.3 data."
