Steam - Valve's PC game download site has a couple of price cuts to talk about today. One is Thief: Deadly Shadows, the (currently) last game in the stealth action game series. You can get the game from now until 7 pm Eastern time on Thursday for just $5, a 75 percent price cut. Also the indie platform action game VVVVVV is on sale from now until 1 pm Eastern time on Thursday for a mere $2.49. Finally the Still Life adventure game series debuts on Steam today and are on sale for the next week for 20 percent off their normal price.
Direct2Drive - Gamefly's download site has a mid-week sale on the horror-action game sequel Dead Space 2 from Electronic Arts. You can get the game for today only for $19.95.
Impulse - Gamestop's PC game download site has the racing sim Need For Speed Shift, also from EA, on sale for today only for just $6.78.
DotEmu - The download site celebrates its first birthday this week with a selection of games that will be free to download for one day only. First up is the fantasy adventure game Gobliiins. You can get the game for the next few hours completely for free. It's normally a $2.99 value.
